Native and edible. Allium canadense var. canadense produces edible, onion-like bulbs, blades similar in taste to chives, and edible white flowers. If you don’t harvest the flowers, the small bulbs that grow after flowering make a nice garlic substitute. Winter dormant. Patches will spread in size over time in the right conditions. Attracts pollinators. Currently have limited quantities of 4” pots available.
