Purple Coneflower
Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) is a cheerful little perennial great for the front of garden borders and in wildflower meadows. Almost every part of the plant can be used in herbal tea blends. The showy flowers attract butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden from June - August (deadhead for a repeat bloom in September if temperatures stay mild).
